ABOUT 2024-25 RIMC ENTRANCE EXAMINATION:
The Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC) conducts an entrance exam twice a year to select students for admission. The college prepares students for careers in the defence services.
This exam is open only to boys. Application forms can be downloaded from the official RIMC website or obtained directly from the campus.
Admissions are for Class VIII only. Applicants must be between 11½ and 13 years old as of January 1 or July 1 of the term in which they are joining.
About 2024-25 RIMC Entrance Examination:
The exam consists of questions from three main subjects: Mathematics,
General Knowledge, and English.
INTERVIEW:
The Viva Voce is worth 50 marks and is conducted only for candidates who pass the written exam. To qualify for the Viva Voce, candidates must achieve at least 50% in each paper. If a candidate fails to score 50% on any paper, they will be disqualified. Admission is based strictly on merit.
MEDICAL EXAMINATION:
Candidates who pass the written exam and interview will be invited for a medical check-up, conducted at designated military hospitals. Only those who are found medically fit will be eligible for admission to the RIMC.

under the Ministry of Defense. Their goal is to provide quality, military-focused

schools across India, admissions are based on performance in the All India
